Welcome to Richard's Meats.

Run by Richard Walsh, a third generation butcher, who has been servicing Balgowlah since 1975, we are a 100% Australian owned and operated butcher of the highest quality.

We specialise in Wagyu beef, dry and wet aged beef, standing ribs, pure Australian Angus beef, aged eye fillet and the very finest free-range poultry.

We go out of our way to support Australian farmers by buying direct from the growers, such as Cargill Beef, and we are a fully certified seller of Australian Angus Beef.


We are the only Butcher on the Northern Beaches of Sydney who sells CAAB (Certified Australian Angus Beef) fresh from the all-Australian farms at Wagga Wagga.
